ClosedHow do I input my default profile information to include on Client Reports?
  • From the Gear icon, click Advisor Details.
    The bottom of the screen displays a preview of your profile as it will appear on client reports.
ClosedWill my profile information appear in French on French Client Reports?
  • While NaviPlan itself is a fully-bilingual application, it does not contain an internal translation component. Screen details and reports existing in the program will translate; information you enter will appear exactly as you type it, in the language in which it was typed.
    This means that if the Use same as French option is selected, your name and title will appear on Client Reports as you entered them on the French tab.
  • To display your title or name differently according to language, enter the desired English information and French information separately under the appropriate tabs and ensure the Use same as French/English option is not selected.
ClosedHow do I change the Advisor Details for an individual client without changing the default advisor?
  1. Open the client file for which you would like to change the Advisor Details.
  2. From the Client Information section - Client Information category, navigate to the Advisors page.
  3. Update the information on this page accordingly.
  4. Select the Cover Page option to have the information on this page override the default advisor information on any Client Reports generated for this client.
