How do I review an alert?
- Click the alert you wish to review, then click Review Fact Finder to open.
- If you wish to mark it as reviewed without opening the fact finder check the check-box to the left of the alert and click Mark as Read/Unread. This can be done for multiple alerts at once.
How do I delete an alert?
- Click the alert you wish to review, then click Delete to remove it.
- Multiple alerts may be deleted at once by checking the check-box to the left of any alert and by clicking Delete on the top of the page.
How do I fix a broken account link?
- Broken account notifications require the client action, contact the affected client and have them click Manage Accounts, found on the Home page, the Welcome page, and the Accounts page, to verify the financial institution credentials entered for account aggregation.
