What are the differences between the statuses?
- New
- Fact finders that have been sent to a client, but have not been filled out by the client.
- In Progress
- Fact finders that have been partially filled out by the client, not ready for review.
- Submitted
- Fact finders that have been filled out and submitted to the advisor, ready for review.
- Archived
- Fact finders that have been submitted by the client and reviewed by the advisor, the fact finder has already been turned into a plan and the fact finder is now in a read only format.
How do I approve a fact finder?
- After clicking Review Fact Finder, the Accept Fact Finder page will open. After reviewing the contents of the fact finder by using the drop-down buttons found to the right of each data section, click Accept Fact Finder.
- Clicking Accept Fact Finder will create a new client and plan within your client list. All data from the fact finder will be applied to the plan.
